Nope! Great that you asked! This is messages that go in a FLOW back and forth with plenty of TIME between to absorb the information. I’ll be answering within 60-90 minutes after receiving your messages. Then you’ll have plenty of time to respond.
Maybe. Best to start with the biggest question and anything that you feel is blocking your forward progress. When that feels complete, we can move to the next topic. It’s nice because you’ll have time to absorb the coaching ideas and strategies that I will suggest.
